Whether merely renting the mansion by the hour or by choosing to take advantage of our services, you can be assured that we are here to help you plan the perfect event. We are flexible and can accommodate most any need or budget.
Small Events - Up to 30 attendees
Small events are intimate affairs at Lane Street Inn. The layout, furnishings, equipment and decor are perfect for small events such as:
- Bridal Showers
- Corporate Training
- Game Night
- Rehearsal Dinners
- Breakfast Receptions / Coffee Klatch
- Bridge Tournaments
We offer limited on-site catering services for small events. You have the option of catering your own event as long as your caterer is willing to follow a few simple guidelines if using our facilities.
Large Events - Over 30 attendees
Large events are lots of fun at Lane Street Inn and usually involve accommodating your guests both indoors and outdoors. We are not suited for large, sit-down dinners in the house; however, the spacious grounds can accommodate over 150 people. Indoors, there is plenty of room for 30 to 50 of your guests to cool off, mingle with others, use the restroom or grab a bite. Large events include:
- Weddings & Receptions
- Class Reunions
- Graduations
- Classic Car and Motorcycle Shows
- Family Reunions
- Craft Shows & Expos

Rental by the Hour
Lane Street Inn is available for rental by the hour. This is a good choice for those wishing to plan and execute their own event from start to finish. Our Rent the Mansion special is also a popular option.
A minimum 4-hour rental is required. Two additional hours prior to your event will be provided for setup. One additional hour after your event will be provided to give you time to clean up and remove any personal items or rental equipment. If you require additional time, we will be happy to discuss alternative arrangements.
Renters are required to return the property in the condition they found it. It is the renter's responsibility to remove any rubbish generated during their event and to dispose of it off the premises.
Rental by the hour includes use of:
- The Parlor, Sunroom, Dining Room, Grand Hall and Lounge
- Two public restrooms
- Caterer's Kitchen (limited use)
- Surrounding grounds including the Patio and Serenity Garden
Rental by the hour does NOT include:
- Use of second-floor spaces
- Food or beverages
- Dinnerware such as servingware, flatware or glassware
- Any kind of equipment or supplies
Hourly Rates*
Our hourly facility rental rates are based on the day of the week.
A minimum 4-hour rental is required.
Monday - Thursday
- Four-hour event: $400
- Each additional hour: $100
Saturday
- Four-hour event: $800
- Each additional hour: $200
Friday and Sunday
- Four-hour event: $600
- Each additional hour: $150
