Our wedding packages offer everything from the most extravagant affair to affordable elegance. Having your wedding and reception in style does not have to be expensive! All packages include coordination and planning services with Emily Bryant, the owner of Lane Street Inn. In addition to the number of hours allowed for each wedding, dinner or reception package, an additional 2 hours is provided for setup prior to the event and an additional 1 hour is provided after the event for clean up and removal of any personal or rental items. Public areas in Lane Street Inn include the Grand Hall, the Parlor, the Sunroom, the Dining Room, the Lounge as well as a full-service kitchen and two public restrooms. Just because it’s an old mansion doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it. And the owners, Eben and Emily Bryant, are always there to make sure your event runs smoothly. Included with every package are:
Affordable Elegance $3,000If you’re looking for an elegant casual wedding reception without breaking the bank, then the Affordable Elegance package is for you. This package designed for up to fifty guests allows your use of the grounds and the public rooms on the first floor. Complimentary décor and table centerpieces are also provided. Light appetizers such as chicken salad canapés, fruit platter, and veggies and dip are included as well as the drinks, a punch fountain, and champagne and glasses for your celebratory toast. And don’t forget the cake! A two-tier wedding cake and groom’s cake is also included. Best of all, you will get the candid shots only your friends can get with wedding cameras on all the tables. With this package you can spend a little more on the honeymoon without sacrificing on your special day!
Classic Celebration $4,000This package offers everything that Affordable Elegance has with a few bonuses. Additional time is provided at the mansion for a wedding rehearsal and for your wedding and reception at Lane Street Inn. The bride and groom are allowed the use of two upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms to dress and prepare for their wedding. In addition to food and drinks, bartending services are provided (you supply the alcohol). A Basic Photography Package is added as well. The Affordable Elegance and Classic Celebration packages are best suited to those seeking a simple indoor celebration solution.
Silver Bells $10,000For medium-sized weddings than can be held inside, outside, or both, the Silver Bells package is an exceptional value. This package includes time after your wedding rehearsal to unwind and enjoy an elegant 3-course rehearsal dinner at the mansion with your wedding party and guests up to 30 people. Enjoy deluxe decorations and table centerpieces as well as heavy appetizers added to the wedding day amenities. With more people comes more cake; a three-tier wedding cake in addition to the groom’s cake makes sure there’s plenty for everyone. This package also includes the bride’s bouquet and 4 bridesmaid’s bouquets as well as 5 boutonnières for the men and 5 corsages for the wedding party.
The Gold Standard $15,000This package is similar to the Silver Bells but is designed to take full advantage of the picturesque setting. More time is allotted to allow for an engagement portrait session, which is included in the upgraded Deluxe Photography Package. Getting married outside is a lovely affair when our outdoor wedding arbor and decorations are included with the package. To be sure your guests stay dry and stay to dance the night away, a tent complete with a dance floor and a DJ for four hours has been added. Personalized items such as napkins and matchbooks complete the package.
The Platinum Gala $25,000This package is for those who desire a complete package for a wedding for 100 without having to lift a finger. The Platinum Gala offers 3 days of events at Lane Street Inn. You get many of the same features as the other packages (a 3-course rehearsal dinner, engagement photo session, decorations for an outdoor wedding, etc.) but with all these luxury additions, it is truly a bride’s dream. Start off with a catered bridal shower for 30 in the decorated parlor including a designer cake. The shower is also professionally photographed as part of the upgraded Premiere Photography Package. To make sure you are relaxed and looking your best, you and 5 of your wedding party will enjoy being pampered at the Bella Donna Spa and Salon getting a manicure, pedicure, make-up application and hairstyling. When your guests arrive at Lane Street Inn they are treated like VIPs with valet parking. And your reception is a lavish affair with an elegant buffet featuring a carving station and chocolate fountain. The tent and dance floor have been upgraded to be large enough for everyone to dance…..which is important because this reception includes a live band! And of course, what platinum wedding wouldn’t be complete without a photographer and a videographer to capture every moment. This package will give you a day you will never forget.
Do you like the spa package in the platinum, the DJ in the gold but only need the Classic Celebration? Meet with our In-house Wedding Coordinator and ask to have a custom a package built to fit your needs and budget!
