Fast Food Restaurants in Shelbyville
Just like anywhere, there are times of the day when it is best to visit fast food restaurants in order to be somewhat assured of a fresh meal: EARLY for breakfast 6 am to 8 am. The line for Hardee's goes down the street but all their food is very fresh at breakfast time. For LUNCH, go between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm. After that, you're taking chances your food will be stale. I generally hate long lines; but, they bode well for the freshness of your food at fast food joints :)

Where NOT to eat in Shelbyville
- Roadkill Cafe - Their possums are just not all that tender. Squirrels were stringy and bland.
- Gun and Garden Eatery - Shoot-to-kill is an odd way to choose your meat.
- Bob's BBQ Barbershop - I found a hair in my pulled pork sandwich. Go figure?
- Rays Real Hot Dogs - 'Real' should not be part of the name...unless.
