What You Need to Know
- To secure your event, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to your event
- Sales Tax (9.75%) and Occupancy Tax (7.00%) are not included in the prices shown
- Tax exempt bookings are only accepted from qualified organizations
- All overnight guest sleeping rooms are located on the second floor. No elevator.
- Lane Street Inn overnight guestrooms are not handicap accessible
- Lane Street Inn is a non-smoking venue
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas
- Pets and children under 15 years of age are permitted only under certain circumstances. Advance notification is required. Additional fees may apply.
- Contracted guests are held responsible for damages incurred during their stay as a result of negligence or misuse of the premises and/or equipment by them or any of their party
- Alcohol is allowed on the premises but is not provided by Lane Street Inn
- Lane Street Inn is not responsible for guests' over-consumption of alcohol
- Lane Street Inn reserves the right to eject any guest that does not adhere to local laws and/or who shows aggressive behavior toward the owners, staff or any other guests on the premises
- All that said, we encourage our guests to enjoy themselves and have a good time!
Rent the Mansion Package Prices DO NOT include the following:
- Foodservice is not included. Cooked-to-order breakfast can be added for $10 per guest. Served lunches, dinners or pre-prepared meals are available for additional fees.
- Daily housekeeping service is not included; however, clean towels are available upon request. Trash receptacles are conveniently placed for your use.
